Carbon Fiber reinforced PFA resins are melt processable fluoropolymers offering the highest temperature resistance,
excellent electircal properties,
and exceptional chemical and weathering resistance. The polymer combines the ease of processing of traditional resins with the exceptional properties of
PTFE resin systems.
The compounds provide excellent wear resistance and have a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than most metals due to the dimensional
stability provided by the carbon fiber reinforcement.
In addition to the ease of processing, our material is easily machined into complicated shapes and sizes.
We offer a number of different compounds that are supplied in either pellet or powedered form and can be molded by various molding techniques
including extrusion, injection, and compression molding. We also
supply cast blocks and sheets of the material which can be further machined into final parts.
